Warsaw Sprint Distance Tri - June 28, 2014 (yes, I 'm a little late on this race report :)!)

Results:
3rd female overall (out of 126)
32nd overall (out of 372)
1/27 in Age Group
swim: 8:26
T1: 1:19
bike: 40:08 (20.8 mph)
T2: 0:58
run: 25:06 (6:48/mile)
overall time: 1:15:56

2013 time: 1:17:16  ---- improved this year! (i've been putting my focus on transition time and biking)

Most exciting news to report for the triathlon is that Graham did his first official USAT triathlon.  It was a modified distance but he did a great job and enjoyed the triathlon.

Graham finished 3rd overall in a time of 39:17 (it was a modified sprint distance)

Ross finished 12th overall and 5th in his Age Group.
