Graham lost a tooth a few days before his birthday --- he spent his birthday money on a Coke... a rare treat for him. He was excited!

As Halloween approaches, I'm always reminded of a story just before Graham was born. Graham was originally due on Halloween. I started to go into labor on October 19th -- went to the hospital on the night of the 19th to get things checked out. Found out I was about 6cm dilated. As the nurse was getting me checked in, she asked me how long ago I had eaten my last meal ---- I replied "Well, I haven't really been hungry all day.... but I did eat at least 4 snack size Snickers bars a few hours ago".
