Final Race Results - the swimming - ugh! i definitely had a hard time maneuvering around other swimmers in the open water swim. i know i can swim better than a 16:48 for 1/2 mile! VERY happy with my bike and run times. i told Ross that i was targeting 20 MPH on my bike and wanted to maintain at least 7 min/mile on the run.
