the family announcement

The Randolph Family has an announcement to make ----at first glance - it looks like the Randolph's is having another baby - NOPE! look a little closer.... later this fall we will be moving the family from the Netherlands to Sturgis, Michigan. I dreamed of this moment many times where I could announce our return to the United States - back to our home in Kenosha..... I never imagined that I would be typing this post to announce that we are moving to another city.... but I believe there is a plan for us and whatever that plan may be - it only makes us stronger.

Yes, we are off on another crazy adventure! ...only this time there will be a 24 hour/7day a week Walmart (I don't think Sturgis has a Target - darn!) , an endless supply of Jif peanut butter, cake mixes that don't cost $8 a box... the list could go on :).... but we will miss our fun European adventures, gouda cheese, wooden shoes, rain rain rain rain and more rain, and many of our new friends from all over the world.

When Ross told the kids that we would be moving soon Jayden's immediate response was "Are we moving to Russia?" - Graham asked if we were moving to Japan. I love that this expat experience has giving our children an understanding that this world is really a big place with many cultures and people.

.... now I'm going to have to rename my blog - hmmmmmm
