Here are a few pictures from my (indoor) triathlon today at the RecPlex. Overall, i didn't do too bad. Ross and the kids were there to cheer for me too :) It's great to be back in the racing mode again :)

now if i can just remeber to use them when i'm at the checkout!!! yesterday i was at the grocery store (with only helen - so there's no excuse that i had too many kids running around) and got out to the car and realized that my coupons were still in my pocket!!! ugh!

wow! i forgot what it was like to get a new pair of running shoes :) ...it's been a while.

i'm so excited that nike brought back their air pegasus design.... my first pair of running shoes ever were air pegasus ... i think that was 1989!

ok, give me an honest answer... how many pieces of candy did you eat yesterday during trick-or-treat time? i'll be honest, i had 1 peanut butter cup, 1 snickers, and 2 butterfingers :)

Graham turns 5!

Graham turned 5 (last Monday... I know, I'm a bit behind!). We celebrated as a family at Chuck E Cheese (yes, we washed our hands about 5 times throughout the night... I'm worried about germs at these places :) )

Can't believe he's 5 already!!!
