safe zone

thursday and friday the moving crews came back to pack up our air shipment and our items being sent to storage. the only safe place to keep things from being packed was the fridge! i stashed lunch chips, ziplock bags, ..... oh and a roll of tape :)

happy st. patrick's day!

jayden's preschool class made a leprechaun trap - which even included arrows to direct the leprechaun to the trap where they made a pot of gold out of yellow construction paper.
each year, on st. paddy's day, the leprechauns pay a visit to the preschool where they 'mess up' the classrooms and leave their little green footprints all around.
jayden talked about leprechauns visit ALL afternoon!

jillian - 4 weeks

jillian was 4 weeks old yesterday, march 16th. she's becoming more aware of her surroundings ... her 3 siblings that seem to always be in her face :) she sleeps pretty well at night - waking only a couple of times to eat... however i'm looking forward to a little more sleep - SOON!

Graham's Talent Show

Graham was chosen to play the piano at his elementary school talent show last Monday. He tried out along with about 80 other students. As you can see from the pictures/video - even Helen and Jillian enjoyed the talent show.... well at least Jillian was quiet during the show.

new blog title

since jillian was born, i've been trying to think of a new blog title since we are now a party of 6 - not 5 anymore.

yesterday i was talking to a friend of mine, sarah, who i've know since BC (before children). as we were talking about our move to the netherlands she said i was going to be a euromom. i said - that's it! - that's going to be the title of my blog. thanks sarah for the great idea!
